Welcome!

The golf course wintered well. Greens are in great shape. The maintenance staff is looking forward to a productive year with plenty of projects to keep us busy.

First up we will rectify the drainage issue on the left side of the third fairway. We will be installing a siphon drain in the left rough that will carry excess water 320' over the hill at the beginning of the fairway. The beauty of a siphon drain is no electrical power is required and it can move water uphill! This project should be wrapped up by the middle of April. I will have more posts on this project in the future. Some of the siphon drain components are shown in the photo.
